"Good drinks, just kinda wish there were more food options"
I had a nice visit here. The tea house had a cool vibe, and the drinks were really good. The food options were kinda limited though, especially if you’re actually hungry. Still, I enjoyed it overall, and the prices felt reasonable for the place.

"I had a really good time wandering through..."
I had a really good time wandering through the rooms and trying out all the interactive stuff. It was fun touching things and seeing how they reacted, though maybe I’m just easily entertained. A few areas got crowded, so I felt like I had to move along faster than I wanted to, but maybe that’s just how it is at busier times. Overall, I’d say it was super fun and definitely worth checking out.

"Good spot, though the area gets busy"
We ended up arriving a little earlier than planned, so we had some time to hang around before our slot. Luckily there were a bunch of food places and small shops nearby, which made the wait feel much less annoying.

The area itself was definitely on the busier side, and outside felt a bit crowded and kind of messy at times. Nothing terrible, just one of those places where there’s a lot going on around you.

After all that, the actual getting there part was easy. We took the train and followed Google Maps from the station, and it wasn’t hard to find at all. I’d still give it 4 stars overall

"Fun to See, Though I Wish There Was More to Learn"
I went with my kids, i still remember the looks on their faces when they walked into some of the interactive rooms. They were completely drawn in by the lights, movement, and space, and it was sweet seeing them get curious and ask little questions along the way. That part made the visit feel special. I just wish there had been a bit more explanation or educational info near the exhibits, because at times it felt more like a place for cool photos than a learning experience. Still, we had a good time, and I’d say it’s worth seeing at least once.

"Just didn’t feel that original"
It felt copied to me. Like I’d seen it all before. Not much creativity, either. Kind of disappointing.

"A surprisingly smooth little part of the visit"
I went to teamlab with a couple of extra layers because we weren’t totally sure how warm it would be inside, and we also had a small bag with us from earlier in the day. The place itself was fun to wander through, and after getting settled in, I was glad we didn’t have to carry everything around.

The locker area ended up being really straightforward, even though I expected it to be a bit chaotic. We found one quickly, put our coats and bag away, and didn’t have to overthink where to go or what to do.

I also used the changing room, and it was clean enough and not crowded when we were there. Staff nearby were easy to ask and just pointed us in the right direction, which seems like a small thing, but it made the whole visit feel more relaxed

"Not really worth it"
I don’t think it was worth the money — I expected better for the price. It just didn’t really deliver for me

"First impression: really wheelchair-friendly"
Right when I arrived, I could tell this visit was going to be easy. The ramps were simple to use with my wheelchair, and the staff were quick to help without making it feel like a big deal. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable visit.

"Really cool art, but the barefoot thing got uncomfortable"
I did enjoy a lot of the exhibits, and there were definitely a few rooms that looked super cool and were fun to walk through at first. The art itself was interesting, and I can see why people like the place. That said, the whole barefoot part just wasn’t very comfortable for me after a while. Some of the floors felt cold, and certain spots were a little rougher than I expected, so by the time we had been there for a bit, my feet were starting to hurt. I understand there’s probably a reason they have everyone do it that way, and maybe it adds to the experience for some people, but for me it kind of took away from enjoying everything fully. I kept wondering if socks would help, but I’m not even sure if they allow them. Overall, it’s a cool place and worth seeing, but I do wish they put a little more thought into making the walking part more comfortable.

"I booked my tickets on teamlab.art…"
I booked my tickets on teamlab.art and it was all straightforward. The QR code came through after a short while, and getting in was easy, I just showed it on my phone and walked in. The staff seemed friendly, and I only waited maybe a few minutes, so overall it was a really smooth experience...

"The art itself was really nice..."
The art itself was really nice, but getting around inside was such a headache. The signs were confusing, and whenever we asked staff, they kept sending us in different directions. We ended up missing a few rooms because we had no idea where we were supposed to go next. Even finding the exits and toilets was harder than it should’ve been. For such a popular place, I trusted that the layout and directions would be easy to follow, and I actually felt kind of stupid for assuming they’d have it figured out. Left feeling more annoyed than relaxed

"Friendly staff, but a bit slow"
The staff were really nice and polite, which I appreciated, but it took longer than it should have to get help. Not a bad experience overall, just a little frustrating waiting around...

"Cool spot, but could be cleaner"
I liked the vibe of the place overall, but the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The floors felt sticky, and the bathrooms weren’t in great shape either (which kind of took away from the experience).

"A little intense, but worth experiencing"
The lights and sounds were definitely on the stronger side, and I did feel a bit overwhelmed at times. That said, I still had a really good time walking around and taking it all in. It felt like something people put a lot of care into, and I think it’s good to support creative experiences like this, even if they’re a bit intense.

"So Many Rooms, and I Kept Wanting More"
I went to teamLab and thought I’d maybe get tired after a few rooms, but no, actually I kept wanting to see what was next. Every space had its own vibe, some were calm and kind of dreamy, then others were bright and more interactive. I thought I had a favorite, but then I’d walk into another room and change my mind again. It’s definitely one of those places where you keep saying, okay just one more, and then you’re still there ages later. Really glad I went.

"Good, but I’m confused why it ended so fast"
I liked it, but I was a little confused when it was over in under an hour. It felt good while it lasted, just way shorter than I expected.

"Great spot for photos"
Uh, this place was really cool for taking pictures. The lights looked amazing, and there were a bunch of good photo spots. Some areas were crowded so we had to wait a bit, but it was still worth it

"Went to teamlab with a friend and, uh…"
Went to teamlab with a friend and, uh, we had a great time. The lights, water rooms, and moving visuals were super immersive, like you’re actually walking inside the art. A few spots did get crowded and we had to wait around for photos, so it wasn’t totally perfect. But overall, it was a really cool experience and definitely worth seeing at least once.

"Really fun spot for the kids"
We went with my wife and our two kids, who are 6 and 9, and they both had a great time. There was loads for them to look at and actually get involved with, which made a big difference compared to regular museums where they usually start asking to leave after 20 minutes.
Some of the rooms did get a little crowded, but it wasn’t as hectic as other family attractions we’ve been to. The staff were friendly, it was still easy to move around with the kids, and overall it made for a really good family day out. We’d definitely go again.

"Busy, but surprisingly quick"
It was busy when I got there, and I was ready to get annoyed waiting around, but the line moved faster than I expected. The staff did a good job keeping everyone spread out too, which made the whole thing feel a lot less frustrating.
